Didn't do quite as well today! Sore calves from all that walking I guess. LOL
Today I
jogged/walked briskly for .65 miles in 10 minutes
1 Activity point earned.
At least I got on there and did it, even if I didn't feel like it! Good for me ... there's another change for me!

I have decided that I'm not going to add my activity points to my food points. I want to lose this weight and I feel it would slow me down if I added the points. It would almost defeat the purpose, wouldn't it?
What're your opinions on this?
