Hey everyone...I have these videos/dvd's...Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. You walk in your living room with whatever clothes you are comfortable in (me, I'm usually in my pj's with tennis shoes) and you walk along with the dvd. You do various types of steps and exercises and there is a 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile walk. It's a good workout on days when you can't go outside to walk...
I just checked out one of those from the library to do on Sat (when I'm not meeting with my walking buddies...see personal challenges). Nice to hear a review on them!!! Thanks!!!!
