     I see you have pomegranates down. I could never find out how many points they were. I would love to know because I like to pick snacks that are going to last me a while to eat , then I don't feel so cheated.

According to my Complete Food Guide, 1 pomegranate (3 3/8 diameter) is 2 pts.

I've never had one.  Are they good?  I do know you eat the seeds.

  I am a picky eater but I do like them. They are a pain to try and get the seeds out of them. But I really haven't had any because someone had told me they thought they were high in points, but if it is 2 for one of them I just may go out and get one. Even half of one for 1 point is good.
