I lost -1.4 today! Yeah Me!!! Acutally it was more because my scale says I los about 6 lbs in the past 2 weeks...now that Aunt Flo has come and gone! Yeah!!!
Now...just trying to be good over the holiday. Praying for all of us! Colette

Good Job, I was going to weigh in yesterday and Forgot about it. Guess I will have to go Friday and work really hard Friday morning to get what I eat today off. I remember, one serving spoonful is one point and I only have 20 points left for today
