I have a billion and one things to do today

Ok, I don't but it sure feels that way. So I thought If I post what I need to get done to day here, it will hold me accountable for what needs to be done. Right?

1. Kids up and dressed for school (Zach is up, had his meds and breakfast, Jamie is working on getting dressed, Preteens! AHHHHHHHH!)

2> Take Kids to school and stop off and get Soda. Hubby is out of soda and he is very grumpy I am going to get his soda and pick up a juice for Joel and water for me)

3) Get dishes done from last night. I was so tired after the missionaries left that I put away the food and scraped the dishes and left them in the sink, It should only take maybe 20 mintues to put them in the dishwasher and do the pots and pans.

4) start the chicken for enchiladas. I get these whole chickens from one of the henninite colonies in South Dakota. They are HUGE chickens

You know between our busy lives we should all be size 2!!!!!

I'm at home for a bit.  Gotta give a spelling test and literature assignment.  Doing laundry, cleaning up a bit here, gonna try and get the fridge cleaned out , motivate the girls to get their work done...esp cleaning out my car, get showers/baths for all of us, lunch and at the store by 1:30.  My oldest has dance from 3:30-5:30.

My parents leave today with 3 other couples from their church for Scotland.  If you could keep them in your prayers for traveling safety, I'd truly appreciate it!

wonder why it only posted part of my list, hmmmmm

dishes in dishwasher and it's finished. I didn't have time to do the pots and pans before Jim had to be to work. so after I dropped him off, I got the shopping done and put away. Just having lunch now and then do the pots and pans. I have so much couscous left that I am going to make up a chicken casserole to use that up so it doesn't go to waste.  I love it when I have a menu and shopping list when I go. I only spend 100 dollars on a weeks worth of groceries. if I didn't it would of been easily 200 dollars.
