When someone mentions


EXERCISE


I wash my mouth out with


CHOCOLATE!


 


Ok not really, Someone wore that to Weigh in last night and I thought it was funny.


 


Breakfast:


1 container of light, nonfat yogurt, (banana cream pie) 1 med banana,  4 points


Lunch:


Cold Salmon Sandwich


2 slices light wheat bread, 1T light Mayo 1T pickle relisih, 3 oz chopped salmon 10 baby carrots, 5 points


Snack:


1 cup pineapple tibits 1 cup FF cottage cheese 4 points


Dinner:


Chicken Enchiladas Mexican Corn and left over cake.  9 points.


Snack at work at 11 PM


1 cup of 2% milk and 1 packet of oreo thins.

LOL...funny! I like that one AnnaLee! Here's my menu for today. I do have to work tonight but only for 6 hours...so it should breeze by (since I usually work 10 hours). Hope you all have a blessed weekend! Colette
