Gotta get busy!


I had a 1 lb gain tonight!  YUCK!!!! 


But I did realize today that Auntie Flo should be coming by any day now....so I'm sure that has a lot to do with it.


I also have GOT to get back to my exercise.  My leader suggested getting a jump rope.  10-15 minutes of that is a good workout.  I could do that while David is in the shower.  I thought about doing it one day and doing one of my pilates workout the next.  Alternating I could get a cardio and toning every other day.  And then maybe on Friday mornings when I am at home for a little while I can do a longer workout.

I had a .6 of a gain last night.


 


I have cut out all candy from t his day forward. Last night we talked about what whe can do to prevent gain for the 9 weeks of Holiday.  Some of the things we came up with is press the water water water,  Journal everything cause if you say, Oh this won't matter it's just one point, soon you will be saying it all the time and be upset when the scale goes up.  As the weeks get more hectic, Pen in your meetings. Pen more meetings in.  Use your tools like measuring cups, and measuring spoons. Don't eyeball anything.  Take things you know are low points to company and family parties. use smaller plates at buffets. Put your holiday outfit out where you can see it to remind you of what you are goign to look like at the parties. Oranges are coming on, Bananas and pineapple are coming on. Pineapple and ff cottage cheese is an excellent snack.  I am forgoing a bill this paycheck and I bought a new kitchen scale so I can measure everything. My boys broke the one I got when I started ww. I even bought the WW serving spoons and cups.  I have put my point finder in my purse becuase I have to do major grocery shopping today.  I have my menu written out for the week.  There is a lot of veggies and fruits in it, very little meat, and a medium amout of carbs.

I've learned to keep my point finder in my purse, 'cause I never had it when I needed it....now I do. 


Check out some the recipes for Thanksgiving...Coe has done a great job and many of them have been tested by us!!!!

One of the local grocery stores here is having BOGO free turkey sale. I am just trying to find someone that has an extra freezer to put the second bird in.  They are teh Norbest Toms, grown in Central Utah.

Chelle Honey...hang in there. You KNOW this is Auntie Flo's doing That darned Aunt Flo!

You're doing great!

Turkey is such a delicious and low point protein! I can't wait til they throw them on sale here. DH is going to smoke one for us for Thanksgiving. I love that, because it frees up my oven for all those yummy WW friendly side dish recipes and my crustless pumpkin pie!
