*Good morning fellow weigh losers!
Hope you had a wonderful and blessed weekend!  Our 40 Day of Purpose kick-off was at our church Sat.  We watched a VERY moving and touching (and stirring) sermon by Rick Warren (pastor of Saddleback church and the author of The Purpose Driven Life).


Let's start off with a laugh today!



Daily Point Total = 22 pts


Breakfast:
1 cup Fiber One Honey Cluster cereal with 1/2 cup milk = 3 pts
1 small banana = 1 pt
Diet hot chocolate = 0 pts


Used = 4 pts     Left = 18 pts


Lunch:
6" turkey sub (from Subway) with veggies = 5 pts
Popcorn = 1 pt


Used = 6     Left = 12 pts


Snacks:
Cheese & Crackers Handisnack = 2 pts


Used = 2 pts   Left = 10 pts

Snack


1 container ww blueberry yogurt


one point one dairy


Lunch


Veggie wrap


(1 cup shredded carrots, cucumbers, tomato slices, green peppers, green onions in whole wheat tortilla topped with 1T olive oil and 1 slice of 2% American Cheese)


4 points 1 oil, 1/2 dairy


Dinner:


Homemade chicken Noodle soup

Well...I've gotten Sam off to school and done my thrift store shopping! It's rainy and gloomy here and I should take a walk, but not in the rain (that's a good excuse...right). So, I did some laundry, picked up Sam's room, stripped beds and changed sheets and now I'm sleepy...ready for a nap. Hope everyone has a great day! Love ya'll, Colette

They had a shirt at the thrift shop with Maxine on it and it said "Don't Worry...Be Crabby!" I almost bought it!
