Didn't go to meeting today, will go on Friday. I had an appointment today. I could have gone, but I'm going on Friday so that I can take my friend with me if she wants to go. She talked about maybe joining and it's free registration right now. I seem to be back on track and this morning the scale was kind to me...back to where I was when I weighed in last Wednesday, after a week of steadily climbing numbers. So....I'm hoping that by Friday I'll be off the gainer couch for a while! Have a good day everyone! Love ya'll, Colette

*It seems weird not weighing today myself.  Gotta get used to Thursday weigh in.

LUnch: Healthy Choice Grilled Salmon with creamy Dill Sauce, Penne Pasta and steamed Brocolli


4 points for the whole thing.... WOOHOO!


Breakfast, 1 cup granola, mixed win the ww vanilla yogurt Banana,  5 points


Lunch 1/2 of a regular Arby's roast beef plain, 1/2 med order of curly fries, large diet dr pepper Total points for the whole meal  16 points,  so if I only ate half. that is 8 points right?


Dinner,  2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup black olives, 2T of  chedder cheese and 2T of provelone cheese, 1T of low cal italian dressing,  1/12 slice of Papa Murphy's favorite,  1 slice of garlic cheese bread, 12 points (I only had 1/2 the individual salad.


Total Points 29 points!
