Just wanted to point out something Annalee that I noticed on your point counting....on Flex points it is true that several veggies are 0 points....but I believe (maybe Coe knows of one that isn't) all fruits have points.

1 cup of grapes is 1 pt

1 small apple is 1 pt

I know you have been having problems getting your points all in some days...those will help.

You are doing a GREAT job!!!!

Yes ma'am...all fruit has points. Berries are the lowest and you can have 1 cup of FRESH strawberries and it is only 1/2 point..but that's about as low as it goes.

1 small apple is 1 point
1 small pear is 1 point
1 small peach is 1 point
1 cup of blueberries is 1 point
1 cup grapes is 1 point
1 large banana is 2 points
1 medium banana is 1.5 points
1 small banana is 1.5 points

Also, veggies are different points depending upon if they are cooked or not...some are like that anyway.

If you eat frozen peas (uncooked...like sprinkled on a salad) 1/2 cup is 0 points...but 1 cup of cooked frozen peas is 2 points. Cooking may increase the sugar content, even if you don't add anything.

It's important to look at your week one booklet...it can get very confusing! I didn't know this until someone mentioned the cooking of veggies a few weeks ago in meeting...I was eating more points than I thought I was...and I thought I was being so good!~ ...lol!

Here is my menu ladies. I have to go to bed...hate the overtime hours! Have a good day all!

Colette

PS: Went back on Flex...long story.
