*Trying to be faithful even posting on the weekend!

Early morning low blood sugar:
1/2 tbsp chocolate chips = 1 pt


Breakfast:
2 nutragrain blueberry waffles = 3 pts
2 piece precooked Hormel bacon = 2 pts


Used = 5 pts    Left = 17 pts

I'm taking Chelle's lead and posting my menu, even on the weekend. Since I'm on Core I don't have to count points, (except WPA) but it's helpful to write things down. I let the buffet get me again last night (darned coconut shrimp! ...it's all their fault...) So, I'm being extra careful the rest of the week! Have a good weekend! Love ya, Colette

1 biscuit of shredded wheat

1 medium banana
1 Western Alternative Bagel w/FF spray Parkay
Coffee w/Splenda and soy milk

Lunch

Newman's Own LF Sesame Ginger Dressing=1 point

Coe's Core Chili

Jolly Time 94% FF popcorn (at the movies...date night w/my little man )
