What a week!

this week has been very hectic in our house.

trying a new schedule and it's not working so we are going back to the old way today. I wasn't getting any sleep so Joel is now going to neighbors while I sleep for a few hours. It's best that I get 4 hours of deep sleep than 5-6 hours of snoozing sleep. I can't sleep on the lumpy bumpy couch anyway. I am also going to go to the dr's and get a script for sleeping pills. If I can take one right when i get home, I can get 8 hours of sleep before I need to pick up the kids from school. Jim goes to work between 9-11 AM and he will either take his lunch and pick up the kdis from school or comehome and get me and I take him back and pick up the kids from school and get Joel from the nieghbors.

I don't think I lost anything this week because getting the rest you need does help you lose weight But I will still go to my meeting tonight.

Hopefully I can check in this evening.

AnnaLee...I'm sorry that you're not getting enough sleep...I know how you feel. During the busy season I usually run on 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Being a day sleeper is rough, phone ringing, dogs barking, trash trucks going by, sirens! It's infuriating.

Sleep is so important when it comes to our bodies functioning well and I hope you get some soon.

Congratulations on going to meeting eventhough you think it might not have been a great weight loss week. That is the kind of determination that will get you to your goal!

Have a good rest of the week and I'm praying for you!

Blessings, Colette
