Another gain. This time 0.8 lb. Truth be told it was probably a loss because I know I gained last week....that's why I didn't go.
Better crack down!

I cut out my snacks at work at break and then not having anything to eat for up to 12-14 hours is bad. I need to restructure my plan a bit. I only lost .2 last week. I have upped my exercise a bit and when I get home, no matter how bad my feet hurt, I still go for at least two laps at the Field at Iowa School for The Deaf. IT's pretty chilly in the mornings and foggy too.
Hang in there Chelle! I can't say anything because you know that I've skipped meetings when I know I've gained too...we all have. But, remember "When you have a bad week...you need the meeting. When you have a good week...the meeting needs you!" It's so true! My leader, Jan, gives us gold stars for coming when we know that we've gained. It doesn't take the sting out of it, but I know that no one is going to slap me around for gaining, I'll get hugs and lots of understanding.
Weight Watchers loves us all the way to goal...no matter what and that unconditional love is so important to build my determination. I know you'll do it honey...keep it up.
AnnaLee...that is way too long to go without eating girl! You'll be ravenous and eat everything that's not nailed down if you go that long. Snacks are not only nice breaks, they are very important on the WW program. They keep our blood sugar from bottoming out and hunger pangs at bay. You might take some fruit, or a wedge or two of laughing cow light cheese wrapped up in slices of thin turkey breast (one of my favorite Flex snacks) to nibble at work. The protein and the little bit of fat in the cheese and meat, and the fiber in the fruit keep you satisfied longer!
We can do this together. I know it's a long road, but the trip seems shorter with your friends along for the ride.
Love you...have a great week! Colette

I have gotten lazy at work. Instead of going to the back and the break room, I would take my break in the darkness of customer service. I really need to get back into the spirit of things and get a piece of fruit on break and eat it. Pears are still in season, Apples, oranges will be coming on soon, the last of the water melon is still there. I know I had to put in a food order with Jim being on MLA for at least 6 more weeks. My food buget goes to pay the insurance premiums that comes out of Jim's check so it's nice that the Bishop is helping us with rent and food for exchange of cleaning the church building. The food isn't the greatest but it does keep body and soul together. I vacuum the chapel, hallways, foyer and classrooms. wash the chalk boards and the glass doors, and dust the organ (via practicing) and pianos. It takes about 3 hours to do. Joel plays in the cultural Hall with his ball and cars while I clean. Oh I also have to clean the bathrooms and wash the baptismal clothes.
It sounds like you're getting your exercise! Apples are wonderful and not too expensive. We're going to the orchard and pick some this weekend. Good luck honey!

Ok....I'll admit it...I don't eat my fruit as much as I should because I don't want to use my points for it! I tend to do my 5 in veggies 'cause they are zero points. I guess that is something I can work towards.
An apple would be better for me than that Tootsie pop huh?
