9/1/06~Friday!!!

I found out how to use the planner on the WW.com website. It's different from the points tracker and now that I've figured it out...duh , it's much easier and better to use if you're on Core. So, here is my daily Core menu. I'd forgotten how much I liked Core, because I can have all the fruit I need to feel satisfied...and sometimes thats more than I'd allow myself on Flex. Have a great holiday weekend everyone! Love, Colette

I think I can, I know I can, I know I will, I think I will!

Breakfast,

Joel was up with an upset tummy so just me and him had ramon noodle soup. He had the noodles and I had the broth and 1/2 cup of granola (Not together) 4 points

Lunch:

Donkey tails, (1T of peanut butter mixed with honey, spread on a 4in flour tortilla and wrapped around a banana) 7 points (We are going to lay off the milk for a bit here, The nieghbors down stairs gave us a gallon of milk last night and it was spoilt. that is what gave Joel his upset tummy)

Dinner

Homemade soup and bread if I feel up to it.  If not, Dh is making spaghetti for the other kids.
