Breakfast:


     1 cup nonfat light vanilla yogurt, 1 banana mushed in, 1t honey and 2T creamy peanut butter. 4 points (it's native honey and it's supposed to help with allergies since it's not pasterized)


Lunch: BBQ Pork sandwich, half a serving of baked lays, Diet soda,  6 points


 


Dinner: Baked potato with steamed brocoli. cauliflower, fat free ham dices (Just a T though) chives and light swiss cheese. 8points


Milk:


water: Does sucking on the ice leftover from a 32 ounce fountain diet dr pepper work? There was about 20 oz of ice in the cup after I finished the soda
