Breakfast:


      Cocoa Krispie Cereal bar,  1 cup of orange juice


 


Lunch:


All you can eat Salad Bar at Sizzler. (Have coupon for it it will only 1.99 plus tax and tip and drink, strawberry Lemonaid)


Dinner:


pan fried beef top round steak, roasted new red potatoes, steamed green beans and watermelon for dessert.


 


I am at my mom's right now. I don't have my book with me. We are drying some peaches, apples, banana and grapes for Zach's snacks tomorrow. My dryer has the apples and bananas. Mom's has the peaches and grapes.

*Ok...you are going to laugh...but guess what I am having for dinner...that lasagna that I STILL have not eaten!    We ended up getting something Tuesday night.  So I'll try it again! 



Daily point total = 22 pts


Morning: 
2 packs blueberry oatmeal = 4 pts


Used = 4 pts    Left = 18 pts


Afternoon: 
Subway deli-style turket sandwich with spicy mustard and veggies = 4 pts
Light Lays chips = 1 pt


Used = 5 pts   Left = 13 pts


Evening: 
Lean Cuisine Lasagna = 6 pts
Spinach salad with fat free Ceasar Italian dressing = 0 pts
2 slices light toast with garlic = 1 pt


Used = 7 pts   Left = 6 pts


Snacks: 
100 cal pack = 2 pts
Tootsie pop = 1 pt
Popcorn = 1 pt


Used = 4 pts   Left = 2 pts
