no news is good news?


 


My weigh in is tonight. I don't think that I lost anything. If I did, it's hidden by the weight of the heavy brace I have on my ankle. I have been doing the sit and be fit for two days since I found it, and I have been using 2  two Liter pop bottles filled with water for weights but still...
