Well I didn't do good, but at least I didn't gain. I was afraid to go. We spent the weekend out of town with the kids at a water park. We ate semi good as we packed a picnic lunch with included fruit, but it also had cookies and chips.
I only lost .6 and Rob lost 1.4 I have decided to get back on track and make sure that I journal this week.
A loss is a loss!!!! You can't always have big losses, but remember...every loss gets you one step closer to goal. I have pointed my way down many times!
Coe can tell you how many sticks of butter you have lost. I forgot what she said a lb equals, but looking at things that way makes a difference.
I am so proud of you!! You did great! Esp. taking your lunch!

Cookies and chips aren't bad, you can have them if you really need them. Somethings I have learned that if you really want a cookie or a handful of chips, is to count slowly to your age. and then if you still want them you can have them.
