Good Morning, Back hurts this morning, as soon as I get the kids to school, I am getting on my ball and stretching my back, that always makes it feel better.


 


Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnimon and dried apples.  4 points


Lunch will be lettuce wedge with tomatoes and cucumbers. 0 points


Dinner is RIB FEST! just lean meats and grilled vegies.  staying away from the coleslaws and potato salads. 24 points!
