I wasn't very dilligent about getting my walking in or any other form of exercise for a long lengths of time this week but I lost 3.8 pounds. Grand Total is 12.4 pounds lost. My goal this week (after RibFest tomorrow night) is to keep on track with my points, Eat breakfast, even if I fall alseep in my cereal, and just get up and move.
