*How's everyone doing today?  I hope blessed!  I'm not feeling too hot...Auntie Flo came this morning and the first day or two, I am miserable.  Oh, well, hoping that the "water gain" will be gone by weigh in tomorrow evening.  I'm trying to mix up my breakfast and try some different things.  We will see how it goes.

     1/2 cup Tuna fish, mixed with lemon juice and mustard, 2 sliced of light bread,  1 cup of cucmber and a sliced tomato tossed with seasoned salt. 4 points


Snack, sugar free Jello 0 points


Breakfast,  I need to start eating breakfast when I get home!


Lunch, hard boiled egg, 1 cup ff cottage cheese and 1 cup very cherry fruit ****tail. 7 points


Dinner  chicken stir fry over rice (homemade) 9 points


20 points used.  MIght have double helpings of dinner.
