VELVEETA® Buffalo Chicken Dip (2 pts)

Makes: 3 cups or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each



1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, chopped
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT ROKA Blue Cheese Dressing
1/4 cup green onion slices
1 teaspoon cider vinegar

MIX VELVEETA, chicken and hot pepper sauce in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
STIR in remaining ingredients.
SERVE hot with celery sticks and WHEAT THINS Snack Crackers. Add points for wheat thins.

To Halve
Cut ingredients in half; mix in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 2 min. Serve as directed. Makes 1-1/2 cups or 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.

Safe Food Handling
Hot dips should be discarded after setting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
