Cheesy Cauliflower Au Gratin (3 pts)

Makes: 6 servings, 1/2 cup each

4 cups cauliflower florets (1 lb.)
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 oz. VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup POST TOASTIES Corn Flakes
1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Place cauliflower in 8- or 9-inch square glass baking dish. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
SPRINKLE with nutmeg. Top with Velveeta and shredded cheese. Sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients.
BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until topping is golden brown.
