2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Low Fat Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup fat free milk 1/8 tsp. pepper 6 oz. VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
COOK macaroni as directed on package; drain. Return to saucepan. MEANWHILE, place cottage cheese, milk and pepper in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth. ADD to macaroni along with the VELVEETA LIGHT; mix well. Cook on low heat 2 to 3 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
