I'm doing the snoopy dance!!! I finally broke through the plateau...now the key is to keep it off and take off more besides! I lost -3 lbs this week!!! It's about time! That puts me at -57.4 lbs!!! Yeah me!!! Don't mean to toot my own horn but I am so relieved and just plain grateful...thank you God! Now...not to mess up the week! Have a great day everyone!!!
