Pineapple Right-Side-Up Cake recipe

Oh my goodness!!!!  My parents were in town and I made this.  The six of us give it   It is so good!  My girls even gobbled it up!  Matter of fact, there was one piece left.  DH said I could have it.  I was going to get it and it was gone!!!  My girls got to it first!!!! 

I did change it some, I had self-rising flour so I didn't use the baking powder and I didn't have egg substitute so I used one egg.
