*I am sticking with the 20 points for right now even though my weight gain put me back on the 22.  I am hoping it is water weight.  As of this morning, I had already lost another lb.


Daily Point Total = 20


Morning: 
Chocolate Caramel Enchantment Chai = 0 pts
1 cup milk (1/2 in Chai, 1/2 in cereal) = 2 pts
WW Flakes 'n Fiber cereal 1 cup = 2 pts


Total used = 4   Left = 16


Afternoon: 
Tuna (2 oz) = 2 pts
2 slices light bread = 1 pt
Light Lays chips = 1 pt


Total used = 4   Left = 12


Snacks: 
Popcorn = 1 pt
Tootsie pop = 1 pt
100 cal pack = 2 pts


Total used = 4   Left = 8


Evening: 
We normally head out to eat on Fridays.  Not for sure where but Applebee's or Chinese seem to be calling.  Just have to stay in my points!
