Due to my normal weigh in day being Tuesday and it was the 4th, we had a rescheduled meeting last night.
I didn't know how I would do. I have had a stomach bug since Tuesday and lost 3 lbs in one day...but it had started creeping back on. My leader is trying to find out why medically that happens to people.
But I was happy! I lost 0.8!!!! That gives me a total loss of 26 lbs!!!!
Our next session is a 12 week session. We are an at work group and normally go 10 weeks, but WW is running a special for the extra 2 weeks. I am hoping to reach goal by then. Right now I will concentrate on the next 2 lbs.
Oh...they are also switching our meeting day. Starting next week we will meet on Wed.
