Grilled Almosta burger (1 pt)


4 portabella mushroom caps, Marinate in Balsamic vinager and EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive oil) and minced garlic. Sear on a hot grill. Serve with sweet onion slices and tomato in a lettuce wrap.  Drizzle with more balsomic vinegar and EVOO if desired.  YUM!

Here is the recipe I figured, by using the recipe builder on WW.com. Hope this is OK AnnaLee!

Great recipe..I can't wait to try it...on July 4th! Thanks so much for posting it!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Oh and we are practically Neighbors. I have a RL friend that is moving to Springfield and KC is half way we are only 4 hours away from KC and I often go down for what my Church calls,Time out for Women and the workshops there are given by the women leaders in my Church.  They are just awesome.

Cool! I have family in Iowa...we used to go to Corydon (not sure how to spell it) in the summer and stay with my aunt and cousins. My Mom used to live in Clarinda. I love Iowa!
