Well...today is weigh in day and I think I lost a little...very little. I was good all week...er...almost all week. I was good that LAST part of the week... I had a little emotional food binge last week and I think that is what kept me from losing alot this week. When will I learn? Anyway...it's weigh in day and I belive I did lose (according to my home scale)...and it's a new week! I'm going to be on the straight and narrow this week and exercise and see how much I can lose by next week! Have a great week ladies! Love, Colette

*We both will travel the straight and narrow together this week!    My goal for this week is 2 lbs.  I have decided to set a goal each week and work to that.  Looking too far down the line I think is hindering me.  I am also going to do my best to stay off the scale until Tuesday morning (when I weigh with and without clothes to make sure I'm not over the 2 lb clothes limit).  Our leader talked some about that last night.  A lady she knows stopped doing that and started losing.  We'll see! 


Daily Point Total = 22 (Going back to that since I'm now 3 lbs away from the 20 pt mark)


Morning:
