*Boy could have used this one last week while I was looking!!!!
Don't spend your summer hiding behind a bulky cover-up! No matter what your current weight, you can find a swimsuit that flatters your shape if you know what to look for. Before you hit the stores, determine which of these categories best describes your figure, and select your swimsuits accordingly:
Apple: If you carry weight in your chest and back, balance your shape with a suit that minimizes your chest while emphasizing your slimmer lower half. A high neckline, or a two-piece with a solid-colored top and print bottom, will do the trick. Pear: If you carry weight in your hips and thighs, pick a suit that emphasizes your trim upper half. Look for boatneck or racer-back one-piece suits, or a halter-style two-piece. Round: If you carry your weight in the stomach area, minimize your midriff with tummy control panels. Suits in a solid dark color will create a leaner look, too. Boyish: Create curves on a leaner figure with suits that define your waist. Try padded tops, belted one- and two-piece suits, or suits with a band of color around the middle. Hourglass: You've got a slim waist and ample bust and hips — lucky you! Almost any swimsuit flatters this figure. Go ahead and show it off!
If your abs are strong, chances are the rest of your body is totally fit.
