*Ok....I made a decision yesterday.....I've gone back to points....I know....not too wise in the middle of my WW week.....but I had totally lost track of my WPA points.  Plus this week is my Honor Star Crowning at church and it will be hectic through Wednesday night.  Then my mom called this weekend and she is planning on staying for a couple of days after the crowning, so what I have done is since I was only 1-2 lbs from dropping pts. I went ahead and dropped them.  I know you aren't suppose to do that...but David has found when he is that close, he cannot get those last couple until he goes ahead and drops.  Ok...now back to your regularly scheduled program...our menus!


Daily Total Points = 20


Morning: 
Smart Portions Cranberry Apple muffins (found them!! ) = 2 pts
2 slices light toast = 1 pt
Light Laughing Cow cheese = 1 pt


Total pts used for meal =  4     left = 16


Afternoon: 
Chilli = 3 pts
2 corn muffins = 4


Total pts used for meal = 7    left = 11


Evening: 
Have to go to the store first 


Snacks: 
Tootsie pop = 1 pt   (boy I missed having these on Core!  I know I could have them...but didn't)
Popcorn = 1 pt


Total pts used for snacks = 2    left = 9 (which should be plenty for dinner!  )


Milk:    (will be trying!)
Fruits & veggies: 
Water:    (will really be pushing this...feel I'm retaining some!)
