Another gain!    Not too bad 0.4...but still my 0.2 losses don't do much good when I gain 0.4!!!!


Starting tomorrow....to stressed today with my test tonight....I am going to start walking.  If it is raining I can go to the arena (where they do basketball etc.) here at Tech.  The walk area is the size of a track.  On nice days, I'll go to the track.  On nice days I can walk to the track too, so that will help.


If that doesn't do any good...Core here I come!!!  Even if only a couple of weeks.  Depending on this test, I will be walking down the aisle on hubby's arm to be crowned....so I wanna look good beside this gorgeous hubby of mine.

Honey...you are already georgous! (and so is David...what a cute couple you two are.......and I'm so proud of both of you!)

Don't despair...I know it's hard but we've all been there! Just drink your water, walk and stick to the plan...it will come off! Promise!

Have a wonderful day and don't beat yourself up. Remember...stress is fattening. It actually changes our body chemistry and metabolism so it makes it harder to lose. Keep it up...Love you sweetie.

I take it you mean keep up the weight loss and not the stress right!!!!   



I don't think I should have anything that overstresses me ... for a few days at least!!!!
