Well, you all recall my AWFUL last weigh-in and what I rough week that was?


I worked VERY hard this week, and IT PAID OFF!!!!!


Today's weigh-in.........I love 11.4 lbs since last week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


That means...the 8.8 lbs gone that I gained from my sick week PLUS another 3 lbs GONE!!!


That was the MOST excited I'd ever been at a weigh-in...as you could imagine! I am now at the lowest weight I can remember since right before I got pregnant about 5 years ago!!! I am so happy today ladies!! (still have a long way to go, but it's getting closer and closer by the week!! NO MORE BAD WEEKS!!)

OH MY GOODNESS!!!

That is the biggest single week loss that I have ever heard of! That is FANTASTIC!!!

I'm so proud of you sweetie...you're on your way! Don't let anything stop your momentum! Great job!!! And what an encouragement you are to me!!!
