Another gain last night! Not a bad one though...0.2....but still a gain. This 10 week session (ours started off as an At Work group) I have really done nothing.
If nothing has changed as of next week, I've got to at least....as much as I dread it....try CORE. Excuse me....I forgot...not try....DO!
There is no way I could handle changing this week with my girls and running them back and forth and PMS on top of that! Me thinks me hubby would kill me!!!!! LOL
I must admit I am tempted to quit the meetings and do it on my own ( a lot cheaper when you aren't doing much of anything! ), but I want that stupid little star and key for my keychain!!!!!!!
Maybe that is part of my problem. I am looking too much at the end instead of where I am now. I can still imagine myself at my pre-pregnance weight...but I need to focus on the goal at hand instead of there right now. I just need to focus on that next 5 lbs sticker for my bookmark.
Oh, well, new week, new chance to lose!

Don't give up sweetie! Seems like we've all had gains this week...so we're in it together!
Remember the lesson a couple of weeks ago..."It's a journey, not a destination." You have the rest of your life to lose the wieght (hopefully long before THAT so you can enjoy it) but we are never going to be done walking this road! Even when we get to goal...there will be new challenges.
So, relax, deep breath....and have a fabulous week!

Oh Chelle, I can relate to your frustration, but don't give up! Don't quit the meetings...they are a key part of our success!! You CAN do this and we are here for you!
What kind of activities are you involved in for exercise? Maybe you could try something new there! We can brainstorm some ways to charge up your plan. There's NO WAY I could do CORE, lol. But GOOD LUCK with whatever you decide.
Auntie Flo came for her visit during the night, so I am sure that had some to do with it. I am really going to be good this week. Of course just finding time to eat is going to be the big thing and then not pigging out when the oportunity to eat comes!
I normally do Pilates or weights in the morning. I am going to try and start walking more now that it is nice. My friend, Sherri, (yes who is also my leader) said something to me last night at church (did I mention I work under her Wed nights, too? ) about walking while our youngest are in dance class on Tuesday afternoons, so we will see how it goes!

The walking sounds like a great idea!! I recently got my husband involved in getting out in the evening with me. He jogs and I walk. We have a little track close to where we live. There's even a playground right in the middle where my daughter can play while we exercise. Adding the cardio might make a difference for you!! Good luck...I say GO FOR IT!!
