Diet Soda

If I am drinking caffiene free diet dr. pepper, does it matter how many I have a day. AND would one of them count as a water serving?

I sometimes drink the reg. Diet Dr. Pepper, but I haven't been counting it as a water. But can't you count caffiene free?

I've only been allowing myself to have one of these a day, usually with supper. Do yall think it matters, as long as I'm getting my water in?

What my leader told me was as long as it was caffine free and sugar free it could be counted as water!!!

As far as diet sodas go that aren't caffine free, as long as I get my water in, I don't worry about them.  Of course if I get all my water in, I don't drink near as many as I used to.

My leader said that one caffeine free drink per day (without sugar) can be counted as water. I think some leaders may have different opinions on some things.

I read on one of the WW bulletin boards that aspartame in soda KEEPS YOU FROM LOSING WEIGHT

I don't know about Splenda...but I'm not much of a soda drinker...so I just drink water or green tea (preferably chai...see article under "expert advice").

I think it's really important to drink your water in as pure a state as possible. My leader is going to be giving us an article on the importance of water, next week. I'll post it up here as soon as I get it.
