1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream 3 TBSP honey 2 TBSP red wine vinegar 2 TBSP fat free skim milk 2 tsp lime juice 1 tsp ground mustard 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp dried thyme 1/8 tsp black pepper Dash celery salt
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
