Family Pleasing Sloppy Joes (8 pts)

*This recipe is from the Oct/Nov 2005 issue of Taste of Home's Light and Tasty magazine. I ran the nutrition info through the points calculator at WW.com, so the points are accurate. Colette

Prep/Total time: 30 minutes~Yield:6 servings

1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBSP sugar (or SplendaŽ)
1 TBSP all-purpose flour
1/3 tsp pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 TBSP prepared mustard
1 TBSP barbecue sauce
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
6 sandwich buns, split

In a large nonstick skillet, cook the turkey and onion over meidum heat until turkey is no longer pink; drain if necessary. Add garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes or until tender.

Stir in the sugar or SplendaŽ, flour and pepper. Add the ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns.
