*Cassi just called me with this recipe and we ran it throught he recipe builder. She says its really good and her hubby says it's Really Nummy!!! So, try it!
3/4 pound lean sirloin beef 2 Tbsp cornstarch 14 oz fat-free beef broth 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp garlic powder 4 1/2 cup cooked frozen broccoli spears 4 cup cooked brown rice 1 Tbsp unpacked light brown sugar
Directions:
SLICE beef into very thin strips. Mix cornstarch, broth, soy, brown sugar and garlic powder until smooth. Set aside.
STIR-FRY beef in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and juices evaporate.
ADD broccoli and cook 1 min. Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
TIP: To make slicing easier, freeze beef 1 hr.
