*I came up with this because I love alot of creamer in my coffee...but I was having trouble finding a creamer that allowed me 2 TBSP without adding points. I do Core, so I count this as part of my milk. It works out to 0 points for 2 TBSP for those on flex. Keep this in the fridge. Use any flavor of sugar free coffee flavoring syrup you wish. Starbucks has a wonderful vanilla and also hazelnut, that I love. Target carries sugar free cinnamon and caramel, along with several other flavors. Enjoy!

1 cup fat-free evaporated milk 1/4 cup sugar free coffee flavoring syrup* 1/4 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener (or to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker container (I use a salad dressing cruet). Shake well to combine and store in fridge. Use within 1 week.
