• 1 cup chopped cranberries, chopped • 1 cup chopped red apple • 1 cup chopped celery • 1 ½ cups seedless red or green grapes, halved • 1/3 cup golden raisins, optional • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts • 2 tablespoons white sugar • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 1 - 8 ounce container non fat vanilla yogurt
Chop cranberries in a food processor. Combine cranberries, apple, celery, grapes, raisins, walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and yogurt. Toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Stir just before serving. Garnish with frosted whole cranberries and grapes and mint leaves if desired. For frosted cranberries, moisten cranberry and roll in granulated sugar.
