I Finally found the WW chili recipe I have been looking for. This is old - from the 70s when my mother was going to meetings. Nothing fancy, but it's a hot 0 pt snack when you want one.
Lg can tomato juice can green beans (or frozen pkg) can bean sprouts chopped onion (however much you like) chili powder (again, to your taste) washington seasoning mix (is this local to me? don't know, it's just part of the base when I make soupd)
optional (adds points) ground turkey, brown before adding. I include this because if your family is like mine, unless some kind of animal died to provide the meat it's not really chili.
