I got this from another lady at WW last night (we were sharing recipes in our group). I didn't notice until now that it does not have how many servings this is....I guess one!!!! Wishful thinking! I believe she got it in a back issue of WW magazine.



3 cups skim milk
1 box sugar free cook-n-serve chocolate pudding
1 box Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
1/2 cup applesauce
6 egg whites



Spray Crockpot. Whisk skim milk with pudding in crockpot. Mix dry cake mix, water, applesauce and egg whites in a med. bowl for 2 minutes. Very gently pur mixture over pudding. DO NOT MIX! Cover and cook on high of 2 1/2 hours. Serve hot.
