Wow, what Weight Watchers members know! They are a great resource for information you can really use: What should I eat? What steps in my weight-loss journey should I never skip? How do other members find a way to fit in exercise?

We compiled real advice from real members, and we thought you might benefit from it. Print it out and post it on your refrigerator. This is how Weight Watchers Members are finding success and losing weight.

1. "Reward yourself with each positive weight loss: new clothes, a manicure, a massage ..."
