Ingredients 6 oz cooked lean beef round (top round steak or bottom round; diced) 1/2 cup onion(s) (frozen; chopped) 1/2 cup green pepper(s) (frozen strips) 1 cup canned diced tomatoes 1/2 cup fat-free beef broth 1 cup cooked whole wheat pasta (kept hot) 2 Tbsp fat-free sour cream Instructions Combine beef, onions, peppers, tomatoes and broth in a medium pot; simmer to heat through and blend flavors, about 5 minutes.
