1 cup pineapple, chunks (very ripe and cold) 1 1/2 medium mango(es), or 1 large mango, peeled, pitted and cubed (very cold) 1/2 cup orange juice 1 1/2 cup ice cube(s) 1/4 cup mint leaves, reserve 2 sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until slushy. Pour into 2 tall glasses; garnish with mint and serve. Yields 1 1/2 cups per serving.
