Heat milk in microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until milk is steaming. Stir in peanut butter chips and stir until melted. Mix in pudding mix and whip until smooth. Chill 15 minutes in refrigerator. Place 4 graham cracker sheets side by side on a serving plate. Top with pudding mix. Layer with 4 more cracker sheets. Continue layering pudding and crackers until all crackers are used. Frost the torte with the remaining pudding mix. Top with extra peanut butter chips, if desired. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight to allow crackers to soften and become cake. Cut with a thin, straight serrated knife, wiping blade between each cut.
