No numbers today but you can all see my diet tracker and it is not so good. Time to get back on track. Although - I am rationalizing again: 1. AF is in town 2. I have more muscle in my legs due to all the running I am doing and 3. I drank so much water yesterday before my weigh-in - normally I stop at about 1pm but yesterday I couldn't get enough water!
I will soon be switching back to Saturday Mornings due to school starting so I think that will be a more accurate weight!
We all have our set backs. I had one myself this week. But you have the right attitude. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!

I must have had major water retention last week because I lost a bit more then what I gained last week! So I am happy an getting back on track - now I just need to make the right decisions when I go on vacation the week before labor day!
