1 slice Healthy Life Lite Whole Wheat Toast 0
2 cups hot Lipton Green Tea 0

Lunch:
1 McDonald's Big'n Tasty 11
1 Med French Fries 8
1 Med Fruitopia drink 3.5
Subtotal = 22.5 (there's my daily points) Go ahead - get out the wet noodle.
