My personal challenge is to do some kind of movement for 30 minutes everyday.
I will document in this thread daily as to whether or not I did and if I didn't, I will document why - honestly.
That will be tough! Being honest with you all, but I'm only hurting myself if I'm not honest. And then the vicious cycle begins.
So I will be honest and I really need you all to help hold me accountable - please?
I'm getting my 'spare tire' back again and my new jeans aren't fitting right anymore. And with summer coming up ... LOL

Hold me accountable ladies! I'm really needing it. With my eating habits and exercise ! I know I felt better when I was eating healthier and exercising everyday - more energy, more motivation, I got more done in the day.
I WANT THAT BACK! I don't want to be trudging after the wagon anymore - I want back on it!
Today, I actually did it! I really and truly got on the treadmill for the first time in weeks! I walked and jogged for 16 minutes (pretty good for a smoker starting to jog again), did the 10 minute metabolism booster, and about 5 minutes with the ab roller.
Treadmill 16 minutes Metabolism booster 10 minutes Ab roller 4 minutes Total : 30 minutes
GREAT JOB! We'll do it together. I am a smoker too and walking is great. I am waiting to hear from my doctor to get a Rx for Chantix to aid in stopping smoking! My cubby-mate at work has quit on it! Keep up the GREAT work!
Ok ... I guess I never made it back on the wagon. : (
But yesterday, thanks to DD's pushing ... uh ... I mean encouragement (LOL), we did 2 20 minute segments of our video and 1 10 minute segment spread out over about 2 hours. Then last night we walked a mile in about 30 minutes.
Thanks for your encouragement Meredith. I really appreciate it. It's so hard to begin with, but add a trying time to it and you just want to run ... and not around the track but to the pantry!
No exercise today ... but I guess the day's not over yet, is it?
I tip my hat to you. Keep up the good work. I know how it is. But I am sorry now that I didn't exercise during my weight loss becasue now I have lots of toning to do.I finally joined curves last month and I love going. I go every day and I know it is not like other gyms but what I really need now is toning. I am also a smoker and would love to be able to run, Maybe one day I will. right now I will stick with curves and riding my bike. i try to think that the couple of minutes i get exercise it adds a couple of minutes to my life . I have to grow old to be a burden to my children (Just kidding) Keep up the good work
Cassi - We are all human and it is the whole moving and motivation thing that sometime just isn't there (I didn't do anything this morning) The day is still young! And WE CAN DO THIS!
